A wonderfully honest stop that is worthwhile after a hike. The menu is down to earth, as are the prices. A few of the 200 or so locals sit at the next table and play cards, the economy makes a rustic impression, the food tastes good again. Bring a little time with you, then it will fit no better.

If you like good and cheap meat in traditional preparation, this is the right place for you! Very good price-performance ratio. Sunday is schnitzel day. Otherwise there are beef, pork or turkey dishes. If you fancy imaginative vegetarian dishes, you've come to the wrong place! Vegetables = nil. So vegetarians and vegans won't find much here. Salad plate has a lot of vinegar as dressing. Service is friendly and brisk! Even in times of Corona, lots of space, inside and outside!

We tried to take a seat at an outside table (beer tent set) on August 9th, 2020. A man and a woman were already sitting at the beer tent furniture. When we asked if we could sit down with us, we were already looked at with fear of coronavirus. Unfortunately, the nearby waitress didn't intervene either, so we ate without having achieved anything in a neighboring restaurant. And very well. So it was definitely the better decision. For us died first.

Very tasty, local cuisine, be careful, almost exclusively meat-based food, a lot of pork schnitzel, cordon bleu, etc. in excellent quality. Spaetzle are also very tasty, otherwise mountains of French fries dominate as a side dish. Overall very good price-performance ratio, the speed and friendliness of the service is better during the week than at the weekend.
